Clinical care with a whole-person perspective
I believe effective therapy should be both clinically grounded and attentive to the whole person. Our work may include dedicated therapy sessions, collaborative treatment goals, and practical, evidence-informed behavioral interventions intended to reduce symptoms, strengthen coping, and support changes in everyday life. We can also consider the emotional, physical, relational, environmental, and lifestyle factors that shape well-being. Nature-informed therapy is one approach I offer—not the only way we work.
