Support shaped around your life.

Alpengrow provides individualized, whole-person psychotherapy through dedicated, session-based clinical care. Together, we identify goals and use practical, evidence-informed behavioral interventions to help reduce symptoms, strengthen coping, and support meaningful change. Nature-informed practices may also be included when they fit your needs; outdoor therapy is an option, not a requirement.

Areas of support

Anxiety, stress, and overwhelm; depression and loss of connection or motivation; trauma and the effects of repeated stress; burnout, life transitions, and relationship strain; coping skills, emotional regulation, and reconnection with meaningful activities.

Structured, collaborative sessions

Therapy is intentional work that happens in session and continues through the skills and strategies you practice in daily life. Depending on your goals and clinical fit, interventions may include CBT- or DBT-informed strategies, behavioral activation, emotional regulation skills, trauma-informed approaches, EMDR (within current training and scope), and other methods within the therapist’s training. The aim is to support symptom reduction and improved functioning—not to promise a particular outcome.

Whole-person care, including nature-informed options

Care considers the emotional, behavioral, physical, relational, and environmental factors that can affect well-being. Nature-informed practices or outdoor sessions may complement clinical therapy when they support your goals. In-person therapy is available in the greater Missoula area; virtual therapy is available to clients located in Colorado and Washington state, subject to scheduling and applicable telehealth requirements.
